Directions for use:
1. Wash and Dry hand or feet thoroughly before application.
2. Apply a pea-sized amount of Carpe to hand or feet.
3. Ruby into feet vigorously for a minimum of 15 seconds.

Hand or Foot lotion works both with hand and foot as they have the same formulation.
Only a pea-sized amount is needed. The lotion should not feel sticky.
