PAYMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

We are now an official BILLER at RCBC.

  1. Go to any RCBC branches or log-in via RCBC Online Banking
  2. Look for Biller – PSL Health Products
  3. Pay the amount
  4. Send the payment slip/screenshot to sales@psl.com.ph

Shipping Options

1. FREE DELIVERY – Via our logistics partner, 2Go Express. Available for those who settled the payment before delivery.

  • Metro Manila – 1-2 working days
  • Provincial – 3-5 working days 

2. Cash on Delivery or COD (P50) – Via our logistics partner, 2Go Express. Available nationwide. Same delivery time as above.

3. Cash on Delivery via LBC (P150) – For those who want a faster delivery (1-2 working days as promised by LBC) and areas outside of 2Go’s area of delivery.

4. Special Delivery (P150) – If you prefer to receive the items same day within Metro Manila (via Grab Express or Lalamove) or would like to course through another courier (ex. LBC, JRS Express, etc.) for Metro Manila and provincial customers. Delivery time varies depending on courier.

5. Same day delivery for provincial orders (P250) – Pick up on bus terminals (still under beta testing. Subject to confirmation.)

6. International Shipping – Final rate will be communicated to you. Delivery is within 7-14 days.

7. In-Person Pick up – Pick up the package at our office for FREE.

SHIPPING POLICY

We, too, want your orders to be delivered ASAP. And with years of experience delivering to customers, we have learned that lot of things can happen on the sea, air and on the road. The moment we hand out the package to the courier, we lose control on the delivery. Delays are possible and is to be expected during peak season. But we’ll ensure that your package will arrive.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a replacement for factory defects within 7 days from receiving the package. Customer shall shoulder shipping to our office. Once the original order has undergone audit, a replacement shall be sent to the customer at no extra cost. 

COURTESY POLICY

We exhibit a high level of respect to all our customers. But rude and bad behavior are not tolerated. The internet is is full of people who believe they are hidden within the confines of their computers and can damage anyone. No, we do not allow this and have successfully filed legal actions in the past. If found guilty, we will automatically cancel your order and give a fair warning. If action remains the same, we will not hesitate to file a case and report immediately to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
