PhilHealth Konsulta Package Program

Attention: Pre-timer and regular employees who currently do not have HMO coverage

As registered PhilHealth members, you are eligible to use the PhilHealth Konsulta Package program, which provides access to free consultations and laboratory services.

For those who are already members, please register on the PhilHealth website to avail of this program. See the attached link and poster to guide you through the registration process.

Please note that the deadline for submitting your laboratory results is on or before February 27, 2025.

List of laboratory tests that are needed:
 1. Chest x-ray 
2. Urinalysis / Fecalysis 
3. Complete Blood Count

This is a friendly reminder not to forget your scheduled Physical Examination as part of your HMO benefits. Please make sure to check your assigned date and time, and be present during your appointment.
